My name is Jason Fountain and I am the principal at Central Middle School. I wanted to share with you my experience with John. In my office, I have a Ricoh copier that is serviced through another vendor. On Wednesday afternoon, I was printing schedules for orientation that occurred today. My printer began jamming and having issues. John just happened to be coming back through the front office on his way to leave after servicing our other copiers. Well, when he saw that I was having issues, he spent 45 minutes cleaning my machine and helping me try and troubleshoot the issue. I was astounded that he would take that much time with a copier that he does not service and help me. He knew that I was in a bind and went above and beyond to help me prepare for today. I told John how much I appreciated his efforts, but I wanted to let you know as well. He represented Advanced Office in the highest manner and I will always be appreciative of his assistance. Customer service is oftentimes an afterthought, but John represented your company in the best possible way. I thought you would want to know. Thanks, again.
